This is a Workmens Compensation case. On this appeal we are concerned, however, only with the question of alleged jury misconduct. Parties will be referred to as in the Trial Court. Plaintiff Bearfield filed this suit against the defendant insurance carrier for injuries compensable under the Workmens Compensation Law.
